Let's see what fun February was all about!
CrossFit Workshop - Pune
We haven't laughed this hard in a while. Flipping tyres, hopping, dancing, battling ropes and cheering our friends loudly while having chai and low carb breakfast made February 8th a very fun Sunday morning at our CrossFit workshop in Pune. Highlights were little Hridaya being a champ and Soham and Akash's mums who were among our most enthusiastic participants. See the full album.
Chai meetup - Delhi
We had so much fun with our Delhi friends - welcoming new ones and bidding farewell to old pals. Our world is so much better because we have an understanding community that has our back. Isn't that the best?
Coffee meetup - Mumbai
If our first Mumbai meetup could be summed up in three words, they would be - chill, coffee and conversations. It was great meeting with old friends and making new ones.
Run - Hyderabad
Blue Circle x Sweet Souls Hyderabad buddies met for the run and low carb breakfast. Everyone was all smiles as usual!
Meetup - Vijayawada
Blue Circle x Sweet Souls friends visited their friends with diabetes in Vijayawada and had fun.
Meetup - Kanpur
Always fun to meet other T1s, isn't it? When was the last time you met your diabuddies? If you would like to attend or arrange meet-ups in your area, or simply connect with other diabetics, email us on firstname.lastname@example.org !
Corporate Awareness - Pune
We conducted a corporate diabetes awareness session at Holiday Inn Express Pimpri, Pune. If you'd like us to spread the word about diabetes in your workplaces, connect with us on : email@example.com
The Sugar Diaries
On Valentine's Day (no less!) we launched our new chat series 'The Sugar Diaries', where we talk to everyday heroes living with diabetes. In episode 1, Chhavi and I are in conversation with one of our favourite diabetic couples, Ruchika (who lives with T1) and Arvind (who lives with T2 diabetes). Tune in and laugh along with this very interesting and fun couple!
In episode 2, Snehal and I chat with our T1 friend Dr. Anushree from JDF as she shares her journey on growing up with type 1 diabetes and becoming a diabetologist. Read more stories about awesome people living with diabetes here.

How cute can one T1 be? Listen in as Kashvi talks about her travel tips and shows her journal. Kudos to her mom!
Tanmay tells us phone alarms are a great reminder for your basal shot and that don't let your friends make you forget or ignore your management during travel. Wise words, we say.
My main hack for travelling with diabetes is to test more often. What's yours?
